A highly respected and globally recognized Management Consultant with extensive Information Technology and Program Management experience. He established Bounds Associates, LLC in 2012 to provide strategy, execution, and efficiency consulting services and training. Mr. Bounds was previously a senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton. He is a retired U.S. Air Force officer and held professional positions at Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute and Robbins-Gioia, LLC.

Gene Bounds was elected to the Board of Directors for the Project Management Institute from 2007 to 2012, and was Chair of the Board in 2010. Mr. Bounds is a recipient of the Federal Computer Week “Federal 100” Award, which recognizes executives having the greatest impact on the US government information systems community.
