Cost Analyst

Description
Seeking a Cost Analyst to support and provide life cycle cost estimates, economic analyses, independent cost estimates, business case analyses, and analysis of alternatives., Must be able to collect, organize, analyze, and translate data into useful automated information. Must be able to coordinate effective and efficient use of business information technology and resources, improve process performance, and recommend strategies to meet customer information objectives. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

  • DAU Level II certification, or equivalent, desirable
  • Must be able to obtain Secret clearance if required.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and multi-task.
  • Proficient oral and written communications skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excel, and the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools.

Required Experience
A minimum of four (4) years of experience with information technology or business.
Bachelor’s degree is required, concentration in accounting, business or finance preferred. (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)

Financial Analyst

Description
Seeking an Analyst to analyze data collected, perform operational and financial internal controls, produce daily and ad-hoc reports, communicate with stakeholders to meet customer’s needs, resolve issues in a timely manner, and meet required deliverables. The successful candidate will be responsible to document data errors, apply timely corrective measures, and produce reports as required for leadership. Must be able to collect, organize, analyze, and translate data into useful automated information for dashboard reporting. Must be able to coordinate effective and efficient use of business information technology and resources, improve process performance, and recommend strategies to meet customer information objectives. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Assist in the reviews of internal and external audit agencies.

Required Skills

  • Must be able to obtain Secret clearance if required.
  • Working knowledge of personnel and financial databases and process.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and multi-task.
  • Proficient oral and written communications skills.
  • Proficient organizational and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excel, and reporting skills.

Description
Seeking a program manager to lead the collection, analyses, and adjudication of projects. Communicate with stakeholders to meet customer’s needs, resolve issues in a timely manner, and meet required program metrics. Must be able to lead and manage teams that collect, organize, analyze, and translate data into useful automated information for dashboard reporting. Must be able to coordinate effective and efficient use of business information technology and resources, improve process performance, and recommend strategies to meet customer objectives. Ensure compliance with policies and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

  • Must be able to obtain Secret clearance if required.
  • Knowledge of statistical land financial analyses.
  • Ability to identify best practices and communicate/implement them.
  • Proficient oral and written communications skills.
  • Provide overall technical and financial direction.
  • Policy development.
  • Ability to conduct project/case management, workflow analyses, and efficiency analyses.

Required Experience
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with large scale program management encompassing multiple projects and lifecycle budgets. Experience should include planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out programs.
Master’s degree (MBA/JD) is required.
